Monster Mash

Dine & Donate
We partner with local businesses who donate a percentage of sales for a given day or week. This is a fun way to have someone else cook for you one night, enjoy a meal with neighbors and school friends, and support a local business and the school at the same time. A win for everyone.
Fall Family Movie Event
This is an event where each student is encouraged to come out to a local movie theater and enjoy a movie with the Butler community.
Giving Tree
The Butler Giving Tree has tags that display the names of holiday gifts that can be donated for families in our Butler Community who are in need of extra support during the holiday season.
Haunted Gym
Our 5th graders transform the Butler gym into a spooky attraction - The Haunted Gymnasium.
This event is open to Butler students in grades 3rd to 5th grade with their parents only. Students must be wearing a wristband to enter the event.

Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon week is nationally celebrated every year from October 23 to 31. Its goal is to encourage students to make good choices and live drug free. We have daily themed dress days and a school wide activity to honor our shared commitment to celebrate a healthy lifestyle.
5th Grade Memory Book
The PTO sponsors a Memory Book for our 5th grade students. Parents work throughout the year to take and collect pictures, create layouts for the book, and submit for publication. All 5th grade students receive a Memory Book courtesy of the PTO.
5th Grade Promotion
4th grade parents plan and decorate for 5th grade promotion. This is an evening event, done the same night as 5th grade promotion in June.
Skate Night
Join your fellow Butler Bears at a fun family event at Inline 309! Fee includes admission and inline skates or regular roller skates. Bring your own snacks, food, and drinks. The inline skating rink is reserved for Butler only during this time.
Spirit Wear
The Butler Bear Apparel Store is now open online! This online store will be open year-round and orders may be placed at any time and ship right to your home. Choose from more than 100 items of various colors and designs for the entire family.
Spring Fair/Silent Auction
The Spring Fair is our biggest fundraiser of the year. It is an awesome, annual family event, held rain or shine. There is great fun for all members of the family, including 20+ carnival games and activities, face painting, a silent auction, theme basket raffles, snacks, and lunch options. By participating in this fun-filled day, families can enjoy time together and with other school families while helping support many great programs at Butler. A successful Spring Fair means we don’t have to bother families with numerous fundraisers throughout the year. So that makes it a win for all! Although games are geared towards elementary students, you are encouraged to bring the entire family. Our Silent Auction features a myriad of items from food and dining to entertainment to merchandise.
Teacher/Staff Appreciation
Three times per year we show our thanks to our amazing Butler staff with food and a thank you gift. We invite parents to donate items to support these celebrations.
