PTO Agendas
By now, we have all probably heard the phrase: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. The PTO would like to contribute to the "REDUCTION" of paper waste by publishing all materials onto our Butler PTO webpage on the Butler Elementary website prior to all PTO meetings.
PTO Minutes
The PTO wants you to be informed whether you can attend our meetings or not. The monthly minutes will provide you with details on topics discussed at the meetings, information on both fundraising and family events, and any voting that occurred at each meeting. Questions that you might have after reading the minutes can be discussed with any Executive Board member.
